Heritage Square Health Care Center - Heritage Square Health Care Center is looking to hire an efficient scheduler to ensure that our staff is appropriately scheduled for our facilityAs the scheduler, your responsibilities include scheduling nursing staff shifts, verifying employee's schedule, and assisting with interviews and orientation dutiesYou should also be able to ensure that sufficient staff backup is allocated to each shift.
To be successful as a scheduler, you should be helpful and courteous when answering telephone calls and assisting employeesUltimately, an exceptional scheduler should be able to build and maintain a good rapport with staff.
Scheduler
Responsibilities:
Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling nursing employee shifts as required.
Answering employees' questions regarding their schedule.
Providing instructions to employees to ensure that they are prepared for their shifts.
Confirming employee schedules.
Courteously receiving incoming telephone calls and taking messages as needed.
Explaining job classification requirements (Full time vs part time) and obligations to patient care.
Filing documents and organizing supplies.
Scheduler Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Post high school education is advantageous.
Proven experience working as scheduler in a medical facility.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
The ability to type and file accurately.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Good telephone etiquette.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
