This is a full-time position with benefits that will work a regular Monday through Friday schedule during school office hours.
The Registrar will be responsible for:
1.
Records Requests and maintains the cumulative student files.
Processes transcript requests and other requests for student records.
Prepares September Third Friday, January Second Friday, and monthly enrollment reports.
Prepares other statistical reports as needed.
Processes work permits.
2.
Skyward Responsible for entering new student data into Skyward.
Responsible for keeping changes in Skyward student data current - address, email, phone numbers Responsible for entering current student data into Skyward - test scores, transcripts, etc.
Assists with Skyward access for both students and parents.
3.
Special Events Assists with registration nights.
Prepares the printed program for Senior Awards chapel.
Orders and prepares diplomas and the printed program for Graduation.
4.
Other Duties Receptionist for everyone who enters the Academic Advising office.
Serves Other duties as assigned by the Principal.
Qualifications:
A personal commitment to Jesus Christ and support for the mission of Martin Luther High School.
Office work experience preferred.
Excellence in customer service and communications (written and verbal).
Excellent computer skills required.
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
Able to effectively manage time and priorities.
A cooperative and collegiate effort to carry out all work in support of the ministry.
