Greendale, WI A - Service Management Systems, Inc is seeking a Part Time Floor Technician to join our team in Greendale, WI.
2-3 days per week, up to 20 hours.
Our ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and detail oriented.
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with our company.
Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
or more on a regular basis.
Must be able to work in a confined space.
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Must be able to work in all types of flooring including carpet, tile, and wood.
Must be able to work with various flooring materials including wood, vinyl, and plastic.
Must be able to work with various flooring products including wood, vinyl, and plastic flooring.
Must be able to work with floors that are in good condition or need refinishing.
Must be able to perform general floor maintenance including cleaning and polishing floors.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on all floors (cleaning, waxing, scraping).
Perform routine inspections of floors (cleaning, waxing, scraping).
Perform general floor repairs (repair cracks, replace broken glass).
